“THE CLOTH PEDDLER”
Azerbaijan is at it again! It’s the one-night-only performance of the globally renowned comedy operetta. Considered the first operetta of the Muslim world, this 100-year-old tale tells a beautiful love story with classical music. It’s a big night with even bigger (and longer) names. Miguel Harth-Bedoya conducts the L.A. Phil and 21-year-old Danlil Trifonov (piano) as the Bowl celebrates classics and West Coast premieres alike.
