The largest gathering of rabbis in West Coast Chabad-Lubavitch history celebrated philanthropist Shlomo Yehuda Rechnitz and his wife, Tamar. On March 4, Chabad’s more than 260 emissaries on the West Coast gathered for its 40th West Coast Kinus HaShluchim convention at Chabad’s Westwood headquarters.  The highlight of the event was the presentation of the Chesed Award to Rechnitz (right).
