The Jewish Journal and the Tikvah Fund’s Israel Law and Liberty Forum project invite you to watch a lively debate about an issue that has triggered enormous controversy in Israel. Two highly knowledgeable panelists–Member of Knesset Simcha Rothman, chair of the Constitution, Law and Justice Committee and a driving force behind the reforms; and constitutional expert Professor Yaniv Roznai of Reichman University, an outspoken critic of the reforms– face off over the proposed overhaul of the judicial system by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s right-wing coalition. Jewish Journal columnist Shmuel Rosner moderates.
