We call this format a Timesaver Guide to Israel’s Coming Elections. This will be a usual feature on Rosner’s Domain until next Election Day, September 17. We hope to make it short, factual, devoid of election hype, and of he-said-she-said no news, unimportant inside baseball gossip.

New polls came out during the weekend, so we are updating the numbers and showing a more detailed graph of how the different Israeli parties are doing.

A few comments:

  • Today’s graph looks at parties. The important factor is the blocs. To see how the blocs are doing, take a look at Friday’s handbook.
  • We only include in the graph the parties that cross the electoral threshold according to polls.
  • We present four averages, of the 3, 5, 10 and 20 last polls. This gives as a clue which parties are moving up and which are moving down. Simply put: If the recent average (last 3) is higher than older averages (5, 10, 20), this means that the party is still climbing.
  • As you can see, most parties are just stable.
