We can all do something to make a meaningful difference, to reach out and help others in our own special and unique way.

Today’s blood libelists may sound powerful. But in the end, they are just the Sir Simon of Novers of today.

Jewish Federations had organized the Pride mission to deepen the bonds between North American and Israeli LGBTQ+ communities, but also to help heal a wound that has been festering in our community since the October 7thattacks nearly 2 years ago.  

The Jewish state seems to be out of crisis. That’s good for Israelis. But the same cannot be said of the Jewish people—and surely not Jewish Americans and European Jewry.

Going forward, UC must remain a place of fearless learning and leadership, prioritizing respect, safety, and accountability for all.

This war has made one thing clear: Military action is no substitute for meaningful change.

If patriotism and Judeo-Christian values are virtuous, then how do we explain the proliferation of those on the political right who are in concert with those on the political left when it comes to Jews and global conspiracies?

The lesson of Mamdani’s victory is not just that dangerous ideologies can win elections — but that they can win them with Jewish help. That makes them even more dangerous.
