Music legends Neil Diamond and Paul Simon have uploaded acoustic guitar-accompanied performances of two signature songs as a pick-me-up for self-quarantined fans.

Singing his classic “Sweet Caroline,” Diamond slightly alters the lyrics fpr these coronavirus times, changing “Hands touching hands, reaching out, touching you” to “Hands washing hands, reaching out, don’t touch me, I won’t touch you.”

“Thank you, healthcare workers, first responders, supermarket employees, food service and utility workers, delivery drivers and everyone out there who is on the frontlines to keep everyone safe. We applaud you!!,” he tweeted.

Simon soulfully performs “American Tune,” ending with a wish for fans to “stay safe everyone. Stay well.”

Meanwhile, Bon Jovi keyboardist David Bryan has tested positive for coronavirus, according to his Instagram post. “I’ve been sick for a week and feeling better each day,” he wrote. “Please don’t be afraid!!! It’s the flu, not the plague. I have been quarantined for a week and will for another week. When I feel better, I’ll get tested again to make sure I’m free of this nasty virus. Please help out each other. This will be over soon…with the help of every American!!”
