I started this blog to save the world. Well, maybe as an excuse to shop/justification for my shopping addiction. Or maybe this is one of those rare times when my passion is actually good for more than just me. Thrifting is not just about the hunt for good deals, which is admittedly one of the reasons why I love it so much- it is also about trying to reduce the impact that shopping creates on the environment. The amount of waste caused by manufacturing clothes is frightening, with both the pollution of the process itself and all of the pieces that end up unsold, taking up more of our precious and swiftly vanishing space.
