U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg had two cancerous nodules removed from her left lung Friday.

Spokesperson Kathy Arberg said in a release that the 85-year-old jurist is “resting comfortably.”

CNN reports that, “there is no evidence of any remaining disease, says a court spokesperson, nor is there evidence of disease elsewhere in the body.”

The justice was previously hospitalized in November after she fell in her office. She quickly recovered the next day and returned to work.
