A curated collection of true stories of Jewish ethics under pressure, “Do The Right Thing” premieres Jan. 20 in Santa Monica.

The 50-minute show blends stories, songs, movement and humor to create a tender space, one where people can rest, listen and recognize themselves in one another.

Some may think that “Slam Frank” is simply a joke with no purpose or meaning meant to offend every group possible. I don’t think so.

“Paper Walls,” produced by The Inkwell Theater and now playing at the Broadwater Main Stage in Hollywood, tells the story of the Goldman family.

The goal of the “Summer Festival of Classics” is to make these stories accessible to communities that would otherwise never be able to experience a Braid production in person.

Blending humor with hard truths, Horwitz leans into the outlandishness of anti-Jewish conspiracy theories — at one point performing as a shapeshifting lizard from outer space.

The show tells the true story of a Jewish man during the early 20th century in Georgia who is wrongfully accused of murder.

His one-man show, “Marcus is Alive,” now playing at The Hobgoblin Playhouse is part of the Hollywood Fringe Festival.
