Pedestrian Struck and Killed in Pico-Roberston Area

A 2006 Toyota Corolla reportedly struck and killed a pedestrian on March 17, at 1119 S Robertson Blvd., north of Pico Boulevard. The incident was reported at 8:31 p.m. Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Nicholas Prange told the Jewish Journal.

According to a spokesman from the LAPD, drugs and alcohol were not a factor, and the driver stopped to render aid to the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene

Sarah Ardalani, of the L.A. County Coroner’s office, told the Jewish Journal that they have identified the victim as a Caucasian man in his 70s. They are working on reaching the victim’s family and will release his name at that time.
