Masa Israel Journey announced the launch of Masa FastTrack Pro April 1, a new program that will help employ young professionals in Israel.

The selective program is the first-of-its-kind for Masa and is aimed at attracting high-performing college graduates.

The program is designed to help young people ages 21-30 from North America, the UK and France who have skills, education and experience in their selected field. These positions are exclusively available to Masa FastTrack Pro participants.

Developing partners with FastTrack Pro include software developer CheckPoint, activewear brand Teva, and Disney-backed storytelling platform Playbuzz.

Upon acceptance, participants are placed as paid entry-level employees with these Israeli companies. Once the students complete the program, they are granted one-year work visas so that they have the option to continue working with their placement company full time.

“FastTrack Pro harnesses the power of start-up nation and the innovative spirit of Jewish young professionals around the world to create a unique career-launching program in Israel,” Masa CEO Liran Avisar Ben-Horin said in a statement. “Masa is launching this program to expose talented college graduates to Israel’s society and economy, and also to create long-lasting, meaningful relationships between the top businesses in Israel and the Diaspora.”

All FastTrack Pro career opportunities are in English and supplemented with Hebrew lessons. Local housing is provided and grant and scholarships are available to help with program costs and other day-to-day expenditures.
