Dr. Edward Kamenir died Tuesday, June 22, shortly after his 88th birthday.
Kamenir was a lifelong builder and supporter of such Jewish institutions as Sinai Temple, Camp Ramah, American Jewish University, UCLA Hillel, Jewish World Watch, Neighborhood Legal Services, Jewish Home for the Aging, Beit T’Shuvah and Jewish Family Service.
Services will be held Friday, June 25, 11 a.m. at the Kamenir Chapel at Mount Sinai Memorial Park and Mortuaries in Simi Valley.
