Dear all,
As I was prepping milk for my children the other day, I saw the most incredible sight in the briefest moment in time. There they were, each peeping over the boundaries of their cribs, smiling at one another!
In Judaism, we learn that the story of our exodus from biblical Egypt was a metaphor: as slaves, we had restrictive vision. But as free people, our minds expand, our wisdom deepens, our souls broaden, and our world comes just a little closer together.
Indeed, when we break boundaries, we ultimately break down boundaries!
What will your role be in breaking boundaries that hold the world back?
With love and shalom,
Rabbi Zach Shapiro
