Returning to television and Netflix for the first time since “Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp” in 2015, Paul Rudd will star in “Living With Yourself,” a comedy series for the streaming service from creator Timothy Greenberg (“The Daily Show”) and “Little Miss Sunshine” directors Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris.

The eight-episode series casts the “Ant-Man and the Wasp” star in a dual role: he plays a man who undergoes a new treatment to become a better person and discovers he’s been replaced by a new and improved version of himself.

Rudd will reprise his role as Ant-Man in an untitled “Avengers” movie, which hits theaters in May 2019.
