Did You Hear About the Violent Jews Rioting Through France?

Of course not. A scene of angry French Jews burning down government buildings is as likely as a UFO sighting.

Well, what did you expect?

French Jews have restrained themselves for years as they have been under assault like no other group. How is it OK to be afraid to walk the streets of your own country?

Despite making up less than 1% of the population, Jews suffer more than half of all hate crimes in the country. How is that OK?

So yes, they snapped. They’re tired of hearing cliches from their leaders and seeing their situation only get worse.

And no, they’re not rioting because of rising living costs or poor school conditions. They’re rioting because of their physical safety.

Wait a minute– did I just write all this?

Please forgive me if I’m hallucinating.

Forgive me if I’ve been watching the horrible riots in France and wondering: Are Jews involved?

Of course they’re not. A scene of angry French Jews burning down government buildings is as likely as a UFO sighting.

And yet, somehow, Jews still remain the bad guys.

Even though many French Jews live a life of fear, and their country has turned into a powder keg, French leaders seemingly can’t stop obsessing over Jews 2,000 miles away.

As Hillel Neuer posted today on X: “Finally, top French minister speaks out: ‘Authorities must urgently put an end to these outrageous acts of violence and imperatively arrest those responsible and bring them to justice.’”

He quickly added: “Oh, my mistake– Barrot wasn’t referring to France, but Israel.”

Evidently, even as some 500,000 rioters rampage through France, burning buildings and injuring more than 600 police officers, a French minister still found time to freak out about Jews in Israel.

In other words, instead of going after Jew-haters in their own country threatening Jewish citizens, French leaders have been focussing on declaring a Palestinian state and going after Israeli settlers.

Did they think this would make them more popular with those now rioting? Don’t they study history?

What we are seeing now in France may be a reckoning on the limits of anti-Zionism.

As the hatred for Israel has grown exponentially, as the genocide lie has undermined Israel’s very legitimacy, bashing Israel has become the easiest, most popular move anyone or any government can make.

But how long can this gravy train of hate last?

The French government, which has led the way with its gross singling out of the Jewish state, is learning a lesson Israel knows all too well: there is no appeasing those seeking to destroy rather than build.

One wonders what is on President Macron’s mind today. Is he concerned about the West Bank of Israel or the West Bank of Paris?

Did he see the news from Marseille, where French journalist Paul Amar reports that Jewish-owned businesses were set on fire?

Will Macron protect the Jews of Marseille or worry about the Jews of Efrat?

Will he show gratitude that his Jewish citizens protest without violence and only want basic protection?

Will he continue to feed the world’s bashing of Israel or will he focus on the real threats to his country and the West?

Will he ask Israel for advice on how to deal with the intifada that has now been “globalized” all the way to the Place de la Republique?

I have one message for my Jewish brethren in France: As much as your anger is justified, I’m glad, but not surprised, that you are not the ones burning down government buildings.
