The life and legacy of Raphael Lemkin (pictured above), a Polish-Jewish lawyer who coined the term “genocide” and led the fight to punish it as a crime against humanity, is recognized in “Watchers of the Sky.” The documentary is currently screening at Laemmle’s Royal in West Los Angeles and Town Center in Encino, as well as Edward’s West Park in Irvine.
