Scrapbook paper (blue and white preferred in this instance)

1. Cut strips of paper
 Select paper with a coordinating color and cut two thinner strips, each 1 inch by 12 inches.</p>

4. Create a loop
5. Flatten the cylinder
. Position the lampshade-like cylinder you created in Step 4 with the colored band on the bottom. Gather the “pleats” of the lampshade toward the middle and press down with your fingers so that the bottom edge fans out. This results in a circular fan shape, but it will want to pop back up. Hot glue the Star of David circle to the center of the fan to lock it into place.</p>
