At the 2017 Southern California Journalism Awards, I was the  2nd place winner for my Print Column in the Jewish Journal, “A Journey to Freedom Over Three Passovers.”

I was also a finalist in 2017 for Travel Reporting: with my story about Mongolia, “Mongolia: Land of Dunes & Moonrises.”
