Course will introduce how U.S. government works from Jewish perspective. Topics: Congress, Executive branch, Federal Courts, California government, elections, civic participation and political organizing. Classes will integrate content about U.S. Jewish history, Jewish theology & ethics and Jewish relationships to government & politics. Instructor: Beth Ribet, PhD & JD. Course is free.
