Macey Lipman – ‘The Summit Series’ Opening Receptions

Following an illustrious career in the music business, Macey Lipman began painting full time. His new body of work, “The Summit Series,” depicts the summits of mountains in North & South America. The series was inspired by his daughter, an avid mountain climber who most recently scaled Mt. Everest. While his images are reality-based, there’s a whimsical, sometimes dreamlike quality to them, with touches of pointillism and expressionism. Opening receptions are on 1/25 and 1/26, 2-6 PM each day.
