Moreh-Rosenberg has played an active role in enriching Yad Vashem’s art collection through research and persuasion of private owners. Leading a team of qualified professionals, she has conducted substantial research on the art and the annals of the artists who were persecuted and murdered by the Nazis. Ultimately, Moreh-Rosenberg’s long commitment has been to retrieve from oblivion artists who created art during the Holocaust and make their unique visual testimonies known to the world. (7 p.m.)
