Commemoration of the 75th Anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising

The Burbank Human Relations Council presents the Days of Remembrance Commemoration of the 75th Anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. From April 19 to May 16, 1943, residents of the Jewish ghetto in Nazi-occupied Warsaw, Poland, staged the most significant armed revolt against deportations to extermination camps. We will have 2 Survivors of the Warsaw Ghetto as Speakers. The program includes candlelighting, the Shoah Kaddish and the participation of 20 churches, synagogues and mosques.
