Berkeley Law Dean to NYT: School is on “Strong Legal Ground” in Response to Education Dept. Complaint
The complaint, which was filed by attorneys Gabriel Groisman and Arsen Ostrovsky, who heads the International Legal Forum on November 18, alleged that Berkeley Law had violated Title VI of the Civil Rights Act for failing to take action against several student groups who passed bylaws barring Zionist speakers from campus.

Harvey Weinstein Found Guilty in LA Rape Trial
The three charges––rape, forcible oral copulation and sexual penetration by a foreign object––all stemmed from allegations from an actress known simply as Jane Doe 1. She alleged that Weinstein committed the aforementioned criminal acts against her in 2013 at a Beverly Hills hotel.

Man Arrested for Vandalizing Beverly Hills Menorah on First Night of Hanukkah
The Beverly Hills Police Department (BHPD) announced in a press release that surveillance footage showed the suspect, Eric Brian King from Dallas, TX, throwing “objects at the menorah” as well as carving Nazi symbols into it.

UN Palestinian Rights Official Under Fire for “Jewish Lobby” Remarks
The Simon Wiesenthal Center released a statement on December 14 saying that they had reviewed UN Human Rights Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese’s past public speeches and social media posts and found that “she has compared Israelis to Nazis, dismissed Israel’s security concerns, sympathized with Palestinian terror groups, and used the false accusation that America and Europe are subject to a ‘Jewish lobby’.
