We are all busy people with many important things to do, but I am certain that if I have 2 minutes, than you definitely have 2 minutes to spare to make the mother of all superfood loaded, energy boosting, super quick, and easy-make breakfast. Ingredients
2 Cups unsweetened Almond or Coconut milk
1/4 Cup blueberries
1/4 Cup Strawberries
2 Tbsp Goji berries
2 Tbsp raw chopped walnuts
Or
2 Tbsp chopped pistachios
2 Tbsp cacao nibs ( I like Navita's brand)
2 Tbsp Hemp seeds (or hemp hearts)
2 Tbsp maca powder
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 teaspoon bee pollen
Optional 1: few drops Rose water (you find it at any middle eastern store, or on Amazon)
Optional 2: you can add 1 Tbsp of agave, coconut nectar or raw honey if prefer this dish on the sweet-side.
Preparation
1. Divide ingredients into two medium bowls, mix with a spoon and enjoy!
