New York City Funding for Anti-Israel Hate-Fest

Ron Torossian of Algemeiner takes CUNY’s Center for Lesbian and Gay Studies to task for its two day conference criticizing Israel.

In Israel, gays are treated as equal citizens, and there are laws against discrimination. So, it is only in a world where the Jews are always the bad guys, that a conference could be planned by the gay community to attack Israel. As if that isn’t bad enough, New York City tax-payers, by footing the bill, are being used to further the Anti-Israel political agenda of this despicable conference.

John McGrath of The News Tribune looks at the hypocrisy of the International Olympics Committee for refusing to hold a minute of silence for the victims of the Munich Olympics massacre.

Families of the victims requested they be remembered with a minute of silence Friday when the London Summer Olympics begin with the three hours of gaudy theatrical excess known as the Opening Ceremony. But for reasons that can only be called dubious, International Olympic Committee president Jacques Rogge determined any 40-year reference to the “Black September” events – even a simple moment of silence – is inappropriate .
