Mussar: The Uniquely Jewish Way to Build Character Development

Mussar is a 1,000 year tradition that draws on Jewish values and wisdom to help individuals develop character traits which enhance spiritual growth and personal well-being. This course will be based on the book Everyday Holiness by Alan Morinis, Dean of the Mussar Institute, and will focus on these “soul traits:” Patience, Humility, Generosity, Silence and Kindness.
