Jonathan Zasloff is Professor of Law at the UCLA School of Law, where he teaches Property, Land Use and Urban Planning Law, Legislation, and Talmud, and a ordination candidate in the ALEPH Rabbinical Program.  He serves on the boards of the Mussar Institute, the Breed Street Shul Project, and the US supporting board for אדם טבע ודין – Israel Union for Environmental Defense, and is currently a Global Justice Fellow at the American Jewish World Service. He holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a Ph.D. in History from Harvard University. During his spare time, he likes hiking with his wife Kathy and daughter Rose, watching the Dodgers, and taking an occasional nap.
