Disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein could face life in prison after being indicted by a grand jury in New York for three additional sexual assault charges.

The indictment charges Weinstein for one count of criminal sexual assault for allegedly forcing a woman to engage in oral sex on him in 2006 as well as two counts of predatory sexual assault.

Weinstein was indicted in May for two counts of rape and one count of a first-degree criminal sexual assault. The additional charges mean that Weinstein could face life in prison.

“A Manhattan Grand Jury has now indicted Harvey Weinstein on some of the most serious sexual offenses that exist under New York’s Penal Law,” New York City District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance, Jr. said in a statement. “This indictment is the result of the extraordinary courage exhibited by the survivors who have come forward.”

Weinstein has denied the allegations against him.
