Israel’s Air Force bombed two targets in Gaza after a Kassam rocket fired from Gaza struck southern Israel and injured a woman.

The Israeli aircraft struck what it called a terror activity site in northern Gaza and a smuggling tunnel in southern Gaza in an early Tuesday morning raid, according to the Israel Defense Forces.

The raid was in response to a Kassam rocket fired from Gaza at southern Israel on Monday, which injured a 50-year-old resident of Hof Ashkelon. Several others were treated for shock.

The IDF “will continue to respond with determination to any attempt to use terror against the citizens of Israel,” said a statement from the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit.
