Recipe: Salted S’mores Truffles

Ingredients:

1 pack graham crackers
1 cup of mini chocolate chips
1/2 tsp of salt
1 1/2 cups of marshmallow fluff
4 chocolate bars for melting
Sea salt to top with

Directions:

Empty crushed graham crackers into bowl. 

Add mini chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff, and salt. 

Mix well. 

Roll small hand-fulls into balls. 

Place the truffles onto wax paper and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Break the chocolate bars into small pieces and microwave in a non-metal bowl for 1 minute. 

Dip the truffles into the melted chocolate, making sure the whole truffle is covered.

Top the truffles with sea salt and cool.
