Rosenberg Cultural Center: Rabbi Leah Lewis on Egalitarianism

Rabbi Lewis will continue her look at the denominations of Judaism, this time focusing on the advent and rise of egalitarianism in the different streams of Judaism. After lunch we will screen the film

The Women’s Balcony, about women in a traditional synagogue in Jerusalem resisting changes to their community.

The Rosenberg Cultural Center provides social, educational, and cultural programs to seniors and other Jewish adults. Programs are $14 for members and $16 for non-members.
